A3 grade rebar

A3 grade rebar, one of the types of high strength ribbed rebar, is produced from medium to high carbon steel and has cross-shaped or heptagonal ribs that create high adhesion and integration with concrete. Due to its high tensile and bending strength, this rebar is used in large projects and important structures such as bridges, towers, and high-rise buildings. A2 grade rebar

A2 grade rebar, also known as ribbed rebar, has a spirally ribbed surface that provides greater adhesion to concrete. This rebar is produced from medium carbon steel and due to its higher tensile and bending strength than A1 grade rebars, it is used in heavier construction and structural projects such as foundations, columns and beams. Treads on the surface of the A2 grade rebar, in addition to increasing the strength of the structure, help to distribute the load better and prevent the rebar from sliding inside the concrete.

A1 grade rebar

A1 grade rebar, also known as simple rebar, has a smooth, non-tread surface and is made of low carbon steel. Due to its high flexibility and suitable formability, this rebar is mostly used in the construction of prefabricated concrete parts, metal usages connections and light structures. Despite its lower strength than ribbed rebars, A1 grade rebar still shows good resistance to tensile and compressive forces and plays an important role in increasing the durability and strength of structures.
